PRODUCTION and STORAGE

The earth brick technique is an old traditional technique which is modernizing and regaining interest in Africa.

Earth bricks uses a wet mixture of earths, stabilized with a binder. This mixture is compressed in a mold and then extracted from it. Then the bricks are stored for drying under a tarpaulin. The cure dries in the open air, so the material dries naturally and without energy.

At Esusu, production is done in a modern way with the most efficient equipment. Our workshops have optimized production lines allowing to work without waste and to be responsive on large quantity orders.

Our workshop with an area of 100m² allows us to guarantee you stock for all our references throughout the year. Our quality approach guarantees the traceability of our products, from the extraction of the earth to the assembly of pallets of bricks.

Earth bricks

Blocks

Higher price
Less good ecological balance

Better thermal performance
Does not fear humidity

Good hygrometric regulation

Low resistance to humidity: at ground level, requires the installation of a crawl space or an anti-capillary cut

More economical
Better ecological balance

Houses and buildings made of concrete blocks retain a lot of heat.

Therefore, without air conditioning, when the outside temperatures reach 35 ° C and 90% humidity, this heat accumulates inside the building and causes your discomfort.
